A few things to remember.

Always start at the bottom – staff down there are usually eager to please and will allow you to get in a few easy practice rounds.
Never assume a subordinate position in the bedroom or bathroom, not even on top of the photocopier. You are the boss so act like one.
Always tell other colleagues discreetly about your conquests. Divide and rule - an old trick but a good one.
Be thorough. This may be difficult but you must deflower everyone in the office. It is very important. If you leave a flower untouched it will grow bigger and bigger until even you can’t reach its petals.
Lust is a far more powerful tool than love. Keep your libido and strength up. There is nothing worse than a bad performance to undo all your good work.
